Gavin Bates and Gary Pettit of PBC Business Recovery and Insolvency (PBC) were appointed as joint administrators of Joining The Dots Distribution Limited on the 26 June 2015.
The directors of the U.K. specialist Christian Distribution Company, called on PBC to advise on the best way forward following a period of declining sales.
Like many businesses, the company has suffered cash flow issues of late and the directors have acted swiftly at an early stage to increase the options of a healthy outcome.
The company continues to trade in the hope that a suitable buyer may be found. Unfortunately eight staff have been redundant, although the remaining 10 employee are working with the administrators.
